How it works

  1. Download a release. Each ZIP is built from a specific commit and published with its SHA256, so you can check your download is intact.
  2. Check your setup. Run python scripts/diagnose.py in the project folder. It reports what is missing and never records passwords, keys or the values in your .env file.
  3. Report a problem. Send the project version, the error and the diagnostics file. You get an issue ID you can look up at any time.
  4. Get the fix. Fixes ship as new versions. Older versions stay available and are never overwritten.
