This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or third-party scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs.

Reporting an issue

When you submit the support form we store what you enter: your name and email address, your operating system and runtime version, the error text, the steps to reproduce, and any log, diagnostics file or screenshot you attach. Text is checked for things that look like passwords, keys or tokens, and those are removed before it is saved. That check is not perfect, so please remove secrets yourself first.

We use this only to work on your issue and to tell you when it is fixed. It is stored in Amazon Web Services in the United States. Uploaded screenshots are deleted automatically after 180 days.

Issue status lookup

Anyone who knows an issue ID can see that issue's status, project and version. Nothing else from your report is shown.

Your Qubot

The Your Qubot page keeps a list of your downloads and issue IDs in your own browser. It is not sent to us. Use the button on that page, or clear your browser data, to remove it.

Removing your data

To have an issue and its attachments deleted, send a request through the support form and quote the issue ID.
